Wastren Advantage Inc. (WAI) has selected KEIBON Technologies to provide consulting services for enhancement of their current Information Technology group. WAI is US DOE’s prime contractor for facility site services at the Portsmouth Site in Ohio and the TRU Waste Processing Center at the Oak Ridge Operations Office in Tennessee. WAI is also a major subcontractor performing decontamination and decommissioning activities at the US DOE’s gaseous diffusion plants in Portsmouth, OH and Paducah, KY.
WAI is a Small Business Administration-Certified 8(a) company headquartered in Piketon with project offices throughout the United States and is a remediation services company specializing in the disciplined management of complex operations in high-hazard environments. In addition to DOE, WAI clients include the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Agriculture, the Bureau of Reclamation, and numerous commercial companies.
This support contract is to enhance WAI’s current IT group by providing consulting services on an “as needed” basis. Keibon expects this partnership to grow and provide beneficial benefits to both parties.
